Hey, whats going on folks? It's been a while since I ran or blogged, but that's over now. I'm back. Fuck it , if Brett Farve can come back so can't I. I can't help but think how similar me and Brett are, I give it up for the guy. He likes to work hard and play hard and has fun doing it!! Sound familiar?
Okay, so I've been thinking about going for a run for months and the thought of the first painful journey kept scaring me off. But a lot has been going on here lately, and I finally had the courage (with a pair of feet up my ass) to give up the smokes, it's been three days and I'm okay. So I put on my headphones and went for a 1.5 mile run. I felt great. I'm totally motivated to keep going now.
So here it is, I can't train without a goal. I want to do a half marathon before winter. There is a nice one in 7 weeks at Hampton beach, so that's what I'm shooting for.
I know Bib's been running some, he just did a 10k not long ago and I knew stu needs to start running because he's starting to resemble my front porch. I'm hoping I can get these guys in on the fun. Bib 10k's are for ladies!!! Grow a pair!!
WTF is McCain thinking?? Here is a couple tips for choosing a VP. If I'm thinking about how hot she is, then she is too young for the job and doesn't have enough experience . If I'm worried about her uterus falling out, then she has too many kids to focus on the job.
I Had a good political discussion yestrday at a cook out. I got ganged up on becasue I don't believ in socoial programs(unemployment help). So here it is, let me be very fucking clear. You get one handout in a lifetime from me. Under the No Child Left Behind Law (maybe the worst piece of legislation ever written) we are spending billions trying to educate the slackers and bottom feeders. Then 10 years later these same fucks are on unemployment looking for handouts and forget about when they start breeding, the benefits only escalate. So here it is, I believe we should only waste our money once! Sure lets waste money on trying to educate 'em, maybe we'll save 1 or 2, but in order to fund that we are closing down the welfare office. I just saw something amazing, I read the newspaper this morning and the help wanted actually had jobs in in it..WTF Now go get 1, 2 or 3 and get of my taxpaying back. It's getting sore from carrying your ass!!
