Sunday Seven

I ran seven tough miles yesterday. I never felt right and I new 3 minutes into it that it would not be an enjoyable run. In fact I was scheduled to run 9 miles, but around mile 3 I made the wise decision to break it off at seven and call it a day. No sense in pushing it if it isn't there. I'm not sure why i felt so weak, it may have been the heat , it was around 90 degrees when I started.

For the first time, I really am doubting myself, I cant even imagine running 26.2 miles right now. The half marathon seems like so long ago. I am having the hardest time staying on top of my training program. Work is crazy, and I just can't make any free time. I'm even driving the limo again so it's now becoming much harder to squeeze in my training runs. I just spoke to Ken, he is a training machine. He just pointed me in the direction of a new program, it looks like I might be able to keep up with this one. We shall see. Todd is nursing a pulled calf, and I have a feeling that the CIA has called Bib again. Stay tuned for more info..ross
