Ken, I got your message the other day! It's been a crazy 10 days, I'll call you soon to fill you in, I can't write about it here. Anyway I responded with a 5.5 mile run today in 90 degree heat with a foot of snow on the ground while side stepping two tornadoes as I ran up hill both ways. Yippe kiyaa mother fucker, I had balls down to my ankles today. It was a great run. I had a perfect warm up routine, 3 cups of coffee and a couple of smokes..gotta go..talk to you folks later
