Okay, here we go. For the few (very few) who have read this blog in the past, it is no longer dedicated to my political views. I am going to use this space for a different reason for the time being. Don't get me wrong, I still believe in everything that was written here previously.
There are 245 days left to train for the very first Manchester N.H. marathon, and at this moment it looks like I'm finally going to get the courage up to Feed the Beast. The Beast (a burning desire to run 26.2 miles ) has been inside me for years. It has taunted me, mocked me and made me feel weak!
I'm sure over the next 245 days I'll talk a lot about the beast, but for now I just want to let you know that this site will be devoted to my marathon experience.
I have verbal commitments from two terrific friends Bib & Ken, I've been through so much with these guys already, that it seems like a perfect fit to take on this challange with them!!
